*1. Order Cancellation*

You can cancel your order free of charge before it’s dispatched. Once the item has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

*2. Cancellation Window*

*3. Refund Process*

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and typically take 7 to 12 days to process. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will contact you to obtain your bank details for the refund.

*4. Online Payment Charges*

For online payments, a 2.5% cancellation fee of the total order value will be deducted to cover processing fees.

*5. Customization Policy*

Customized or personalized products are made specifically to your request. Therefore, these products cannot be canceled once the customization process has begun.

– *Cancellation Before Shipment*: You can cancel a customized order before it has been shipped. Please be aware that a 15% charge will be applied to cover the costs incurred during the customization process.
– *Non-Cancelable Products*: Once customization is completed, cancellations will not be accepted.

*6. Government Guidelines Compliance*

In line with UAE Consumer Protection Laws, cancellations for custom-configured or personalized items may not be accepted. For disputes, please refer to UAE eCommerce policies on the Ministry of Economy website.
