Confidential business information
Information supplied during Wholesale registration, RFQs, quotations, accounting review, and Proforma processing may contain confidential business information. TechOffer will take reasonable measures to protect such information against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, or loss.
Personal data
Where business information contains personal data relating to individuals, TechOffer will process such information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable UAE data protection requirements.
Trade Licences
Trade Licence and business registration documents are accessible only to personnel or systems authorized for the relevant business purpose.
Commercial confidentiality
TechOffer will not intentionally disclose a buyer's quotation, pricing, business documents, RFQ information, or other confidential transaction information to unrelated third parties except where reasonably necessary for the transaction, required by law, or otherwise authorized.
