TechOffer Wholesale supplies registered businesses only - resellers, retailers, system integrators, corporate IT buyers and exporters. You need a valid trade licence to open an account. Consumers should use the main TechOffer retail store instead.

Complete the registration form with your company details and trade licence. Our trade team reviews every application by hand, normally within one business day. Once approved you receive a TechOffer member ID and immediate access to the wholesale catalogue and trade pricing.

Trade pricing is commercially sensitive and is reserved for approved members. Prices depend on quantity, specification and current stock, so they are issued on a formal quotation rather than published. The catalogue and all pricing become visible as soon as your account is approved.

Laptops, desktop computers, servers, workstations, monitors, printers, networking equipment, storage, memory and PC components, from manufacturers including Lenovo, HP, Dell, ASUS, Acer, MSI, Canon, Kingston, Samsung and Intel.

Add the products and quantities you need to your quote basket and submit it as a request for quotation. Nothing is committed at that point. Our team prepares a formal quotation covering price, lead time, shipping and terms, which you can approve, decline or ask us to revise.

Once you approve a quotation we issue a proforma invoice carrying our company and bank details. Payment is by bank transfer against that proforma. Goods are allocated and dispatched after the transfer is confirmed.

Yes. We ship across the UAE, throughout the GCC and worldwide from our base in Dubai. Export shipments are quoted with the applicable freight, customs and documentation terms.

The tax treatment of each order is determined under UAE Federal Tax Authority rules and is stated explicitly on your quotation and proforma invoice, together with our tax registration details where applicable. Qualifying exports are treated differently from domestic supplies.

Wholesale pricing is volume-based, so the price per unit improves with quantity. Any minimum applying to a particular product or brand is confirmed on your quotation before you commit to anything.

Products carry the manufacturer warranty applicable in the region of supply. Full conditions for returns, cancellations and warranty claims are set out in our wholesale policies.
