Transaction-specific terms

A quotation, accepted quotation version, Proforma Invoice, written agreement, shipping agreement, or manufacturer warranty may contain terms specific to a transaction.

Conflict between documents

Where a specific written commercial agreement has been accepted by both parties, the terms of that agreement will govern the relevant transaction to the extent permitted by applicable law.

No unlawful exclusion

Nothing in these Policies is intended to exclude or restrict mandatory rights, remedies, or obligations under applicable UAE law.

Policy updates

TechOffer may update these Wholesale Policies when reasonably necessary due to changes in law, tax changes, business operations, Wholesale procedures, security requirements, or commercial practices.

The current version published by TechOffer will apply to future transactions, subject to applicable law and any existing contractual commitments.
