Business Registration & Verification
Requirements and the verification process.
Registration
A business requesting Wholesale access may be required to provide legal company name, trading name where applicable, country, business address, contact person, business email, telephone number, Trade Licence or equivalent registration, and tax registration information where applicable.
Business documents
Depending on the buyer's country and transaction requirements, TechOffer may request:
- Trade Licence
- Certificate of Incorporation
- Business Registration Certificate
- Tax Registration Certificate
- Company identification documents
- Other commercially relevant documents
Verification
TechOffer may review submitted information to establish the identity and business status of the applicant. Business verification is an internal commercial and compliance process.
Verification does not represent a guarantee of the buyer's financial position, creditworthiness, tax position, or legal standing.
Additional information
TechOffer may request additional information when reasonably required to verify the business, clarify transaction details, support accounting review, support tax treatment, support export documentation, or meet applicable legal or compliance requirements.
Approval
TechOffer may approve the business, request additional information, restrict access, reject the application, or suspend Wholesale access where appropriate.
Registration alone does not create a contractual obligation for TechOffer to supply goods.
Business documents and privacy
Trade Licences and other business documents may contain personal or commercially sensitive information. TechOffer will use reasonable security and access controls to protect such information and restrict access to authorized personnel.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with TechOffer's Privacy Policy and applicable UAE data protection requirements.
Accuracy
The buyer confirms that information and documents submitted to TechOffer are accurate and lawfully provided. The buyer should notify TechOffer of material changes affecting an active business relationship where reasonably necessary.
