Shipping & Export
Shipping options, customs and international delivery.
Shipping arrangement
Wholesale shipping arrangements depend on destination, product, quantity, shipping method, carrier, commercial terms, and export requirements. Shipping may be quoted separately from product prices.
International orders
For international shipments, the buyer must provide accurate consignee information, delivery address, country, contact information, and import information where applicable.
Export documentation
TechOffer may provide commercially appropriate export or shipping documentation where applicable and available. The buyer must provide information reasonably required to process the shipment.
Customs and import
Import procedures and customs requirements vary between countries. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the buyer is responsible for destination-country requirements, including where applicable:
- Import permits
- Customs clearance
- Import duties
- Import taxes
- Local government charges
- Product registration
- Other destination requirements
Destination taxes
Unless expressly included in the quotation, destination-country customs duties, import VAT or GST, sales taxes, clearance charges, storage charges, permits, and similar costs are the buyer's responsibility.
Export VAT evidence
Where TechOffer applies a zero-rated VAT treatment to an export, the transaction must satisfy the applicable UAE VAT requirements. TechOffer may require appropriate export evidence and supporting documentation before confirming or applying zero-rating.
International destination alone does not guarantee zero-rated VAT treatment.
Delivery estimates
Any delivery timeframe provided by TechOffer is an estimate unless a specific delivery commitment is expressly confirmed in writing.
Delays caused by customs authorities, carriers, government procedures, incomplete information, force majeure, or other circumstances outside TechOffer's reasonable control may affect delivery.
Shipping terms
Where appropriate, the quotation or commercial agreement may specify shipping responsibilities or applicable Incoterms. Where written shipping terms are agreed, those terms govern the relevant shipment.
