Delivery & Shipping Policy

 

We pride ourselves on our customer service all orders received same day processed next day or within 3~4 days depending on stock levels and customer location. 

We provide free shipping:
Local – Free delivery for orders above 500.00AED. For orders less 500.00AED, 20.00AED shipping fee is applicable.

Once the order is dispatched, the customer will get a notification and tracking number from one of the following shipping companies: 

• Fly Express Courier 
• Overnight Courier
• Professional Service
• Reem Logistics LLC 
• Nasex Logistic Courier 

We only accept domestic deliveries within the UAE, but soon we will be available for International Shipment.

Shipment Duration:
Local – 1-4 days depend on the availability and geographical location of the area.
