Are your products 100% original and brand new?+
Yes. Every product we sell is genuine, brand new and sealed, sourced from authorised distributors. Each item comes with the official manufacturer warranty.
Do your products come with a warranty?+
Yes. All products carry the official manufacturer warranty. The warranty period depends on the brand and product - the details are shown on the product page and printed on your invoice.
How long does delivery take?+
We offer same-day delivery in Dubai and Sharjah for orders placed early in the day, and 1-3 business days for the rest of the UAE. Delivery is free on all orders across the UAE.
Do you deliver across the whole UAE?+
Yes, we deliver to all seven Emirates - Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain - with free shipping.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay, buy-now-pay-later with Tamara and Tabby, and Cash on Delivery. All online payments are processed through a secure, encrypted checkout.
Can I pay in installments?+
Yes. You can split your purchase into interest-free installments at checkout using Tamara or Tabby - just choose them as your payment method and follow the steps.
What is your return policy?+
We offer 10 days easy returns. If something is not right, contact us within 10 days of delivery and we will arrange a return or exchange. The item should be in its original condition and packaging.
Do you offer a price match?+
Yes - we have a Price Match Guarantee. If you find the same product cheaper at another authorised UAE retailer, let us know and we will match the price.
Will I get a VAT invoice?+
Yes. A tax invoice inclusive of 5% UAE VAT is issued with every order and can be used for your business or warranty records.
